TP Wood Recycling is a new type of waste wood recycling business in Rotherham. We aim to:

• Reduce our customer's waste disposal costs - making a difference to your bottom line
• Cut the amount of wood waste sent to landfill
• Save valuable resources

Did you know?

• Over 10 million tonnes of timber waste is generated in the UK each year*
  
• It is estimated that only 10% of all wood waste is recycled
  
• More than 90% of recycled timber is re-manufactured into chipboard and other boards
  
• Rotherham Council have identified that in the years to come there will be "a shortfall of landfill capacity" in the borough
  
• Additionally, the council believes that "the relative cost of landfill will increase, which is likely to place renewed emphasis on other methods of waste treatment and disposal"
  
• The council is seeking "to reduce the reliance on landfill as the primary method of waste disposal"
  
• There is currently no collection service for local firms that generate small quantities of timber waste (between 7 and 14 cubic yards)
